Markus Ruotsalainen is Manager Digital Channels at Liseberg. Markus is responsible for Lisebergs digital experiences and digital communication channels. With a background in brand development and digital product development, he has been working for Happy Forsman & Bodenfors, the leading brand and design consultancy within the Nordic countries. Markus holds a BA in Computer and information science from Malmö University.

Robert Owen

Robert Owen, Director of Marketing, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, United Kingdom

Robert Owen is Director of Marketing, Sales and PR for Blackpool Pleasure Beach located in the North West of England.  Robert has over 20 years experience working in visitor attraction and destination marketing.  Robert has also played an active role within IAAPA having served on the Marketing & PR committee and is recognized as an IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive (ICAE).

Tobias Mundinger

Tobias Mundinger, Head of Brands, Sales & Licensing, Mack Media GmbH & Co. KG, Germany

Tobias Mundinger is responsible for Brands & Licensing at MackMedia. MackMedia acts as an IP agency for Europa-Park Germany, which is the world’s largest seasonal theme park.

His responsibility focuses on the corporate management and strategic development of IP topics at MackMedia and within Europa-Park. This includes the implementation of IP’s in attractions, digital products and media productions.

IP’s for merchandise applications and media products like attraction content, 4D movies, Coastiality VR content are licenced to various external partners.

Besides his position at MackMedia Tobias is part of the Media & Digital Development team at Europa-Park.
