Yael is a founding partner of LDP. With nearly 20 years of experience conducting market and financial assessments of projects throughout the US, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. She applies global knowledge and passion for the industry to every local market situation. Based in London, Yael conducts studies on innovative leisure real estate projects that incorporate entertainment, retail and attraction elements into resorts and tourism destinations. She provides qualitative and quantitative analysis regarding entertainment concepts and content, strategic development and financial feasibility.
Rosa Ortiz
Rosa Ortiz, CEO Tibidabo, Spain

Rosa has a degree in leadership management from ESADE, a postgraduate degree in mobility and a degree in business science, administration and business management. Her career as a director at Barcelona Municipal Services (B:SM), a Barcelona City Council company, began in 2002, when this special entity was created. Since the beginning she has held various positions such as general manager of marketing, sales and customer service manager. Rosa then moved to Tibidabo; she is running the amusement park for more than 13 years along with  the facilities of the Barcelona Olympic Ring like Palau Sant Jordi.

Joan Cama Sacrest, Managing Director Illa Fantasia, Spain

Joan is the Managing Director of Illa Fantasia, in Barcelona, a successful family-owned business that includes the 2 other Parcs Aquatics Costa Brava, Aquadiver and Waterworld. He holds a Business Administration Degree in IQS from Universitat Ramon Llull de Barcelona. Joan started his career in the Industry as a young Co-Commercial Manager for Parcs Aquatics Costa Brava, in 1996. He developed his passion for the business as he grew as Co-Operation, Co-Office and Commercial Manager. In 2005 he moved to Illa fantasia and became Operations Manager. He was promoted Managing Director in 2012 and runs the waterpark since then.

 
Diego Gracia Lovaco
Diego Gracia Lovaco, General Director Parque Warner, Spain

Diego became CEO of Parque Warner Madrid in 2015, one of the most complete and cutting-edge theme parks in Europe. With a new top management and development plans, Diego’s mission was to  improve the guest experience, expand and renew the leisure offer of the park for the greater enjoyment of visitors. Diego holds a BA and a Masters in Business Management and Marketing. He started his career in Sales and Marketing Department in the park then left in 2004 to run Teleferico y Parque de Atracciones de Madrid for 5 years. Back in Parque Warner, Diego added new entertainment products to the large attractions site. In 2015 the Halloween season was launched, Christmas time was extended and the park opened its brand  new water park area Parque Warner beach.

 
Fernando Aldecoa
Fernando Aldecoa, General Manager Operations and Finance, PortAventura World, Spain

Fernando Aldecoa has more than 20 years of experience in the theme park industry.
He joined PortAventura at its inception, in 1994. He has worked in different positions, mainly in the Financial and Operations departments. Fernando has been the General Manager at PortAventura for 5 years and General Manager Operations and Finance since 2014. With the development of Ferrari Land, PortAventura has embraced a new dimension and became PortAventura World at the beginning of 2016.
Fernando has a B.A. degree and a Master in Business Administration from ESADE in Barcelona and is a graduate of Management Development Program at IESE in Barcelona.
