Negotiating new contracts and always looking for new trends and new experiences regarding in park spending and the total operation experience for guests. Ellen is a people manager and manages all operational teams (operations, food & beverage, retail, front Office, plant & animal, maintenance departement) in Wildlands adventure zoo, providing cost effective solutions to growing revenue and decreasing costs and is always looking for new trends in the market.

Stephanie Schaub, Managing Director, Chocoversum

After 5 years of working in the 5-star hotel business Stephanie studied tourism & leisure management in Austria. After graduating she moved to Bremen to work for the company „Wissenswelten Management GmbH“. This company takes care of the management for several brands and museums. One of the customers is the Hachez Chocoversum Gmbh – a chocolate museum in the center of Hamburg, where Stephanie works as managing director.

Martijn Vrij
Martijn Vrij, Director F&B, Attractiepark Slagharen

Martijn has 20 years of work experience in medium-sized F&B departments (20 to 120 employees). In those years, he gathered 18 years of management experience operating in 5 star deluxe hotels, major venues such as football stadium and in theme parks.

Martijn is at his best when it is crowded and when the heat is on! In all his jobs the days were never the same and he asks a lot of himself to achieve the best. He is most proud of achieving the award "most friendly staff in football stadiums in the Netherlands".

Martijn has an extensive interest in hospitality which he likes to combine with travel and photography. In addition, applying structure, implementation and development is what he likes.
