Emil Erlandsson, Owner and Operations Manager, High Chaparral, Sweden

Emil is an inspirational 34 year-old visionary and entrepreneur who is the third generation in his family owning and operating High Chaparral. He took in charge in 2011 and since then, customer satisfaction ratings have increased from 3.2 out of 5 to 4.4 out of 5. Profits have increased and visits have risen by 40%. Other changes made during the same period include the removal of one of the three target groups as well as the removal of alcohol throughout the park. Today Emil and his brother own and run 4 companies in 4 different branches.

IoanaParva

Ioana Parva, Chief Digital Officer, EVENT PARK GmbH (BELANTIS), Germany

As the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at the amusement park BELANTIS in Leipzig/Germany Ioana Parva is in charge of digital transformation of the biggest theme park in central Germany. Having worked at the company since 2014 she became CDO in November 2016. Before that she has been responsible for the Online Marketing Department for two years. The results of her work: In just one year she was able to raise the percentage of sold online tickets from 2 to 30 percent. Her mission is to understand the equilibrium between digital and analog in order to offer the best experience to the modern user. Ioana has a Bachelor in Communication Sciences and a Master Degree in Project Management.

Massimiliano Freddi

Massimiliano Freddi, V.P Strategic Development Leolandia, Italy

Led by a strong passion for the amusement parks industry, after his studies in marketing and communication, Massimiliano began his career as a Marketing, Press & PR Manager Italy for Disneyland Paris. In 2008, he took on the challenge to join the team in charge of relaunching the 40-years old miniature facility Minitalia, Milano, and turned it into a cutting edge theme park.

After running  Leolandia as a General Manager for seven years, Massimiliano became  V.P Strategic Development. The park is  Italy’s number one park for families with children under 10, with a strong focus on safety, accessibility, environment and service.

Stephanie Schaub

Stephanie Schaub, Managing Director, Hachez Chocoversum GmbH, Germany

After 5 years of working in the 5-star hotel business Stephanie studied tourism & leisure management in Austria. After graduating she moved to Bremen to work for the company „Wissenswelten Management GmbH“.  This company takes care of the management for several brands and museums. One of the customers is the Hachez Chocoversum Gmbh – a chocolate museum in the center of Hamburg, where Stephanie works as managing director.
