Housing Tips:
You may be contacted by a company other than Travel Planners who states they are managing our hotel block. Please be wary of these travel companies or wholesale companies that are reaching out to you for business. We want to make you aware of a few important points to keep in mind for IAAPA Attractions Expo planning:
1. Travel Planners is the official housing company for IAAPA and IAAPA Attractions Expo 2010. No other company has been authorized to book hotel accommodations on behalf of IAAPA.
2. Many of these companies do not have official contracts with the hotels. Some of these companies are not legitimate and there is no way to know the difference. Using one of these companies could lead you to loose your reservation and your money.
3. Legitimate wholesalers cannot knowingly book IAAPA Attractions Expo attendees in our room block. Only Travel Planners can book attendees in our room block.
