Education Workshops and Seminars
Assist the Training Services Department by providing customer service to speakers and attendees and monitoring the workshops while learning from some of the top leaders in the amusement industry.

Special Events & Receptions
Assist in the planning and on-site logistics of IAAPA’s various receptions with the Convention and Membership and Marketing Departments. Receptions are held in the evening from 7-11pm.

IAAPA Central
Work with IAAPA’s staff providing customer service to all members and guests at IAAPA's information and sales exhibit booth. This position requires prior orientation at IAAPA’s Headquarters.

Trade Show/Guest Relations
Assist Exhibits Manager and Trade Show staff with Exhibitor and Guest relations throughout the Convention Center while learning about all the new innovations and latest amusements on the Trade Show floor.

Communications/Media/Public Relations
Work in IAAPA’s pressroom with the Communications Department staff, provide assistance to the media, and learn various aspects of convention and association public relations.
