Jon Storbeck
Vice President Park Operations
Disneyland Resort Anaheim, CA
With almost 25 years of experience at the Disneyland
Resort in Anaheim,
Jon Storbeck has gained diverse operations experience, Resort knowledge,
strong leadership and sound business sense. In his role as Vice President,
Park Operations, Jon oversees the Attractions, Custodial, Guest Services,
Parking/Transportation and Security/ Emergency Services teams across
the Resort. He is also responsible for integrating operating and support
lines of business and often brings together operating directors and
key partners to ensure unified decision-making and consistent communication
throughout the Resort. Jon began his career with the Disneyland Resort
in 1983 as an attractions host and has since gone on to hold a variety
of leadership roles within Operations, including Food and Beverage,
Retail Operations and in Resort Development for the openings of the
Downtown Disney District and Disney's California Adventure. In 2000,
Jon became Director, Attractions, assuming the additional responsibility
of the Custodial and Special Events coordination team in 2004. He serves
on the board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Orange County/Inland
Empire, the national organization that fulfills wishes for children
who confront life-threatening medical conditions as well as on the
Facilities Operations Committee of the International Association of
Amusement Parks and Attractions. Jon, his wife Katie, and their four
children reside in North Tustin, California.

Tim Ruedy
Vice President of Operations, Sports, Entertainment & Recreation
Burroughs and Chapin Company
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Presently Tim Ruedy holds the position of Vice President of Operations,
Sports, Entertainment & Recreation at Burroughs and Chapin Company.
Headquartered in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina Tim oversees the
chain of NASCAR Speedparks located throughout North America as
well as several attractions located in Myrtle Beach including
Myrtle Waves Water Park and the Pavilion Nostalgia Park.Prior
to his present position Tim was part of the Six Flags organization
serving as the Vice President and General Manager of Warner Bros.
Movie World, Germany, Assistant General Manager of Six Flags Great
Adventure, and Director of Operations for Six Flags Marine World
in Vallejo, CA. Tim was part of the opening team for Knott’s Camp
Snoopy at Mall of America where he managed Operations, Retail, and
Food Services as the Assistant General Manager. Tim has been an active
member of IAAPA since 1992. He has served on the HR and Facility
Operations Committees and is presently a member of the Education
Committee. In addition to speaking at the Expo as a committee member
Tim has also presented at the Asian Expo, and was an Instructor for
Expo 98 in Lisbon.

Ted Molter
Director of Marketing
Zoological Society of San Diego
Ted Molter is the director of marketing for the ZSSD responsible for
public relations, visual services, advertising, sales, and partnership
marketing activities that support the World-Famous San Diego Zoo, the
San Diego Zoo’s Wild Animal Park and Conservation and Research for
Endangered Species (CRES) the Society’s scientific division. He joined
the Zoological Society in 1998 as the associate marketing director
in charge of public relations. In April 2002 he was promoted to director
of marketing. Ted came to the ZSSD from Sea World of Ohio, where he
worked for 13 years. His tenure there included positions as a penguin
keeper and aquarist, ultimately working his way up to become director
of the public relations department. The demands of that position ranged
from traveling with Airship Shamu to the filming of the movie Pirates
with Leslie Nielsen and Eric Idle for Busch Entertainment Corporation.
He also directed crisis communications efforts for the Ohio Park including
a highly visible ski boat accident in which several guests were injured.
Ted is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in broadcast
communications and a field of concentration in biology. He is an active
member of the American Zoo and Aquarium Association (AZA) currently
serving on the annual program committee; chairs the education committee
and serves as board member for the International Association of Amusement
Parks and Attractions (IAAPA); and is a sustaining board member of
the California Travel Industry Association (CalTIA). With the opportunity
to reach families around the world with the Zoological Society of San
Diego=s key mission of conservation, education and family fun, Ted
has continued to find ways to combine his passion for animals with
an endless desire to share the wonders of nature through innovative
marketing and communications programs in Southern California and beyond.
