This is where you want to look for the most up-to-date view of the floor plan. This version of the floor plan is helpful for seeing which booths are currently available to reserve on the trade show floor.

Having trouble viewing the Interactive Floor Plan?

The most common reason why the floor plan is not showing up is due to an outdated version of Java. Please go to http://www.java.com and download the latest version. Once the download is complete attempt to reload the floor plan again.

 

If you are still having trouble, follow these steps:

The first time you try to view the floor plan a pop-up window may appear asking you to install and run “ CADViewer Pro” Plug-in from www.cadviewer.com. This is trusted, secure software and a reliable vendor.

Click “Yes” to install the EXPOCAD plug-in to your computer.

It can take anywhere from one to several minutes for the plug-in to load depending on the connection and the speed of your computer.

REFRESH the browser to see the latest floor plan.

You will need JAVA settings enabled to view this floorplan.
If you do NOT see the floorplan after a minute or two,check your browser to see if you have Java options enabled.

Internet Explorer users:
1) In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options.  Click on the Advanced Tab. 

2) Scroll to the section titled Microsoft VM. Confirm that Java Console Enabled is checked, as well as JIT Compiler for virtual machine enabled. If these two checkboxes are not checked, check them and reboot.

3) If you do not have a Microsoft VM section, or if it is Java VM, you will need to install the latest version of the Virtual Machine. To do this, go to Microsoft’s web site. Click on the Downloads link. It is usually in the top 50 downloads. If it is not, search under Virtual Machine. Download and install the Virtual Machine. After rebooting, you will be able to load the floorplan.
