On-Site Interactive Map and Directory

For a second year, the You Are Here Interactive Map & Directory system will be present on the show floor and on the IAAPA website! Additionally, information entered on your profile is also the information used for the printed On-Site Show Program.

The You Are Here system is designed to help you stand out to your prospects, making it easier for attendees on the show floor and visitor to find and connect with you before, during and after the event. In 2009 exhibitors received months of preshow exposure with over 400,000 views from the IAAPA website and 56,000 on the floor at the event. Should you want higher visibility and impressions to reach your ideal audience, take advantage of the limited marketing opportunities we have available for the IAAPA Attractions Expo.

During the show, the You Are Here system will:

We fully expect sponsorships to go fast so call as soon as possible. Many of the most effective advertising packages are limited in number and offered on a first-come basis.

• 1 - Log in here to view your Digital Booth Profile, make edits and update your information.
• 2 - Enter your IAAPA member login and password. Your username is your email address.
• 3 - If you have forgotten your password please visit the login page and click the "reset password" link under the username and password input fields.

If you have just registered, please allow up to 24 hours for the system to update with your booth assignment before logging in. Changes made to your profile will be made live the next business day. Please note: Information for the on-site show program will be pulled from your virtual trade show digital booth profile.
