IAAPA Attractions Expo 2010

Exhibiting FAQ

What is included in my booth space?
Your booth payment to IAAPA includes the floor space, ID sign, and drape (inline, perimeter, and peninsula configurations). All other items, including freight movement, carpeting, furniture, and electricity are ordered separately. Please review the Deadline Checklist for discount deadlines.

What are the design rules for my booth?
Please review the design specifications and contact Diane Vidoni (dvidoni@IAAPA.org) with any specific questions you may have about your booth design. Remember all booths 400 square feet or larger, outdoor booths, or those displaying inflatable product must submit a booth design for review and approval by IAAPA management.

Do I need insurance for my booth?
It is strongly recommended all exhibitors have insurance coverage for their booths at IAAPA Attractions Expo. Please send a copy of Certificate of Insurance to IAAPA with the following information listed in the Descriptions of Operations/Special Provisions section of the certificate:  IAAPA needs to be listed as the Additional Insured as “IAAPA, its entities, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, officers, staff, volunteers, and employees, for the dates of Nov. 11-21, 2010.”

Additional insurance requirements are needed for Audience Participation displays. Additional information on insurance requirements will be mailed to all exhibitors later this month.

What are the rules for carpet/flooring?
All indoor exhibits must have wall-to-wall carpeting or other floor covering, with no concrete flooring exposed. Please be aware the standard cut of rental carpet is 9 feet x 10 feet. Please make any arrangements necessary to have your booth floor covered completely.

Who should I order my services from?
IAAPA encourages you to work with our official vendors. A list of these companies will be published on IAAPA.org and in the 2010 Exhibitor Services Guide in July. IAAPA uses a rigorous review process and negotiates special rates before hiring a vendor. By utilizing these vendors, should any concerns arise with these companies, IAAPA will be able to assist you with a resolution.

When will I receive additional information on ordering services, exhibit rules and regulations, and staff badge requests?
IAAPA’s 2010 Exhibitor Services Guide will be published in July. Exhibitors can request hard-copy binders or access all information online.
