Apply for your visa as early as possible and at least 90 days prior to your departure date. The U.S. has updated its visa policies to increase security for both citizens and visitors. It will likely take you longer to get a visa than it used to, and you will find that a few new security measures have been put into place. IAAPA provides letters of invitation to our international attendees and exhibitors applying for a U.S. visa. Please click here to complete the online invitation letter request. The invitation letter will be mailed to the address provided on your request.
A valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval is required for all Visa Waiver Program (VWP) to travel to the United States. ESTA is a free, automated system used to determine the eligibility of visitors to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Visit the International Business Lounge to connect with colleagues, conduct business, or just take a few minutes to relax. Basic business services such as photocopying, faxing, and Internet access are also available to international attendees.
