Exhibitor Staff Badge Registration

1. Use your IAAPA Company Member ID to login or call (703) 836-4800 if you cannot locate it.
2. Please read the registration instructions located in your Exhibitor Services Guide (coming soon).
3. Do not badge non-exhibitors as booth staff. Companies providing staff badges to non-exhibiting personnel may be potentially liable.
4. IAAPA will charge a $100 penalty for every exhibitor staff badge used by a buyer.
5. All staff badges requested by October 14, 2011, will be mailed to the contact person. All badges requested after October 14, 2011 can be picked up on-site in Orlando.
6. The company primary contact person will not receive a badge unless they are registered as Exhibit Staff personnel.

Badges
Exhibiting companies receive (5) staff badges for the first 100 square feet of indoor exhibit space. Each company will receive (2) staff badges for each additional 100 square feet of indoor exhibit space. There will be a maximum of 50 staff badges per exhibiting company. Additional staff badges ordered beyond the allotment will be billed at $109/badge.

VIP Invitations - Revised Program

The VIP Registration Site Is Now Open!
Passcodes were sent in an email to exhibitors whose booths were paid in full on 9/20/11. New exhibitors to the floor after 9/20/11 will recieve the passcode in the official booth confirmation.

“VIP Invitations” are provided to exhibitors to invite their most important customers and prospects to attend IAAPA Attractions Expo 2011 as their guests. Attendees registering with a VIP Invitation will receive free admission to the trade show when they register online by Nov. 4. After Nov. 4, the cost is $109 – the lowest of all registration rates.

VIP Invitation allotment is based on booth size. For indoor booths, each 100 square feet of space is eligible for 5 VIP Invitations; for outdoor booths, each 100 square feet of space is eligible for 1 VIP Invitation, with a limit of 250 VIP Invitations per exhibitor. Each paid exhibit booth is assigned a VIP PassCode with the specified allotment of complimentary registrations. Once the complimentary allotment has been met, the code will become invalid. Exhibitors may purchase additional VIP Invitations at the cost of $109 each if requested and paid by Oct. 14 to exhibitors@IAAPA.org. No additional Invitations can be purchased after that date.

It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure only the invited VIP uses the code provided. If exhibitors choose they can register their VIPs directly to ensure unauthorized attendees do not use any of their complimentary allotment. IAAPA will not be held responsible for unauthorized attendees registering with a VIP code.

Note: VIP Invitations not used to register customers and prospects, may be used to Register additional Exhibit Staff beyond the allotment of complimentary Exhibitor Staff Badges. Exhibitor Staff Badges obtained in this manner will also be complimentary. VIP Invitations may only be used for the purposes set forth in this document; any other uses, including but not limited to, sale to members/attendees, are prohibited.
