Lunch and Learn with Pat Koch, Holiday World & Splashin' Safari
Join Pat Koch, Director of Values at Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari, as she explains her park’s culture, philosophy, and approach to the business in this luncheon program. Located in the improbably named Santa Claus, Indiana, Holiday World has broken attendance records year after year - 1.2 million in 2010 alone - with a relentless focus on family-centered entertainment. It is also famous for its innovative guest services programs such as free soda, free parking and free sunscreen. 
Pat will discuss the park's four cornerstones — safety, service, friendliness and cleanliness – and how she imparts those cornerstones plus the park’s values to the their 2,000 plus employees.
