Asian Attractions Expo name badges must be worn at all times while on the trade show floor. Badges can be revoked at IAAPA’s discretion. Lost badges must be repurchased at US$50. Name badges are not transferable. Reproduction of name badges is not permitted. Ticketed Special Events
Tickets for special events that are not already sold out can be purchased during registration. All breakfasts, lunches, receptions and EDUTours are ticketed events with a separate fee. A ticket and valid expo name badge must be presented for admittance. Lost or misplaced tickets must be repurchased at full value and if found, returned to IAAPA following the show for a refund. IAAPA will review all refunds on a case-by-case basis. Scan In/Scan Out
For security purposes, all expo name badges will be scanned as individuals enter and exit the trade show floor. Please present your badge to be scanned by expo personnel each time you enter and exit the exhibit hall. Everyone must wear their name badge at all times while on the trade show floor or in education sessions. Name badges are non-transferable. We greatly appreciate your assistance. Children
All children attending the Expo must be registered and wear a name badge at all times. Children age 12 and under are complimentary. Children age 13 to 18 must pay the standard registration rate. - No children under 18 are allowed to participate in social or networking events.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the trade show floor.
- Children under 18 are not allowed on the trade show floor during exhibitor move in or move out.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Special event tickets (breakfasts, lunches, receptions, EDUTours) are non-refundable.
Registration fees refund requests made in writing and received by IAAPA on or before 9 May 2017, will receive a refund less a US$25 processing fee. There are no refunds for registration fees after 9 May 2017. Refund requests must be sent to convention@IAAPA.org. Refunds will be processed after the trade show. Substitutions and Transferring Special Event Tickets
Substitutions for attendee registration name badges are permitted in advance. The individual whose name is on the badge must send a consent to substitution e-mail to convention@IAAPA.org
agreeing to the substitution and naming the new person who should now receive the name badge. Click here for instructions
Substitutions for attendee registration name badges are permitted on-site if both the printed copy of the original confirmation e-mail and a printed copy of the consent to substitution e-mail can be provided along with photo identification.
Special event tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to a different colleague in advance of the show.The deadline to request a ticket transfer is 9 May 2017. The individual who purchased the tickets must send an email to convention@IAAPA.org
with the ticket name and quantity along with the name and registration ID of the person who the tickets should be transferred to. Click here for instructions

If an individual is unable to acquire a visa for entry, IAAPA will refund 100% registration fees with no processing fee if notified by 16 June 2017. A refund due to lack of visa entry must be requested by 16 June 2017. After that date, no refunds for visa related issues will be accepted.

On-site & Registration Policies
- To access the show floor, all persons must wear a name badge, including children.
- Name badges are not transferable and must be worn at all times while on the trade show floor.
- Entry to ticketed events requires both a badge and a ticket.
- Lost or misplaced name badges can be reprinted for US$50.
- Reproduction of name badges is not permitted.
- No photography or video without prior approval of exhibitors.
- Anyone observed to be soliciting in the aisles, public areas, or in an exhibitor’s booth will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties also may be levied. Please report violations to Show Management.
- Personal safety and the security of personal effects is the responsibility of each registrant.
- Lost and found items should be turned into the Operations Office or Registration.
Failure to adhere to IAAPA Asian Attractions Expo Show Guidelines can result in confiscation of name badge and removal from facility.
