Translation and Participation
The course will be facilitated in English with simultaneous translation via headset into Chinese. Participation and conversation with participants is critical to the success of the program. Please come prepared to engage and share your insights and questions. Tables will be arranged to ensure that bilingual students are able to bridge the language barrier amongst tables. Students can answer questions in English or Chinese and they will be translated as needed to ensure everyone understands the comment.
If you are proficient in both English and Chinese, please email me if you would like to volunteer as a language leader. Language leaders will help facilitate conversations within their group.
Please bring some maps of your park (or other promotional material) with you to the course to share with the other attendees. If several participants of your attraction participate, only one needs to bring these.
The dress code during the course is business casual.
