Transportation: Attendees will be brought by motor coach directly from Technifex. Though driving your own vehicle is not encouraged, parking lots are located close to the Santa Monica Pier, with rates that range from US$6 - US$12 (rates subject to change without notice).

Misc. Information: Dinner is on your own. If you choose to remain on the Santa Monica Pier or in the area after the reception, a 10:30 p.m. PST shuttle will be available for transportation back to Hilton Universal City. Those choosing to remain after the 10:30 p.m. PST shuttle departure will be responsible for their own transportation. Per TaxiFareFinder.com, the estimated fare between the Santa Monica Pier and Hilton Universal City is US$78, which includes a 15% tip.

The event will occur rain or shine so please plan accordingly. As Pacific Park at the Santa Monica Pier is on the water, it's advisable to bring a light jacket and/or dress in layers. Venues, ride/attraction availability, times, and speakers are subject to change. Due to the business nature of the event, attendees of the 2012 IAAPA Leadership Conference must be 16 or older.
