Begin your tour of Disney California Adventure Park with a buffet lunch and panel discussion from Imaginations to Reality Focusing of Little Mermaid, Cars Land, and Rebranding. After lunch, experience one-of-a-kind tours throughout the park at various attractions. Free time in the park will be available post-tours, and for those who would like to relax, a hospitality suite with light snacks and drinks will be available.

Event Take-aways: Hear from Disney Imagineers and experiences with new attractions and the latest developments in the Disney product line, including Little Mermaid and Cars Land, plus networking opportunities.

Transportation: Attendees will be brought by motor coach directly from California Science Center. Though driving your own vehicle is not encouraged, parking facilities are available. Parking is US$15 (subject to change without notice).

Commute Time to Hilton Universal City: Approximately 1 hour. Commute time may vary depending on route and traffic conditions.

Misc. Information: Disney California Adventure Park will be open to the public. The event ends at 4 p.m. PST but because of rush hour traffic, you will be able to have free time in the park until 6:30 p.m. The motor coaches will leave Disney at 7 p.m. PST and go directly to Hilton Universal City. Those choosing to remain in the park past the 7 p.m. shuttle departure will be responsible for their own transportation.

The event will occur rain or shine so please plan accordingly. Venues, ride/attraction availability, times, and speakers are subject to change. Due to the business nature of the event, attendees of the 2012 IAAPA Leadership Conference must be 16 or older.
