IAAPA proudly presents the 2016 IAAPA Tools of the Trade: Revenue Ops Best Practices in F&B, Retail, and Games, a two-day event full of hands-on educational and networking opportunities for directors, managers, and supervisors in food and beverage, midway games, and retail operations.
This year, IAAPA Tools of the Trade is designed to provide a unique learning experience by immersing attendees into the world of revenue operations - games, retail, and food and beverage - at Silver Dollar City and The Track Family Fun Parks in Branson, Missouri. You will hear, see, and touch all aspects of the business. In addition to the formal learning, you will network with games, retail, and food and beverage professionals like you to discuss best practices and tips and tricks to make your operations flourish.
The registration fee includes meals, programming, and transportation to and from the hotel and facilities.
Members: $149 USD
Non-Member: $249 USD
Registration Deadline: May 6, 2016
Participants can earn 12 credit hours towards IAAPA Certification by participating in this event.
