Registrants will receive a participant confirmation upon payment.
Cancellation notifications are accepted at any time. Only written cancellation notifications received at IAAPA Headquarters on or before September 19, 2016 will be eligible for a refund less a US$25 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellation notifications received after September 19, 2016.

IAAPA takes photos and videotapes during the program. By registering, you give IAAPA permission to use any image taken at the event in which you appear, as well as any written comments you submit on evaluation forms.
The use of photography, videography, or live web streaming is not permitted for participants during 2016 IAAPA Operators Forum: Accessibility and Guest Experiences.
