Registrations are not accepted after January 5 or on-site.

Registration payment may be made by credit card, bank certified check or wire transfer.

Registrants will receive a participant confirmation upon payment.

Cancellation notifications are accepted at any time. Only written cancellation notifications received at IAAPA Headquarters on or before December 15, 2015 will be eligible for a refund less a US $100 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellation notifications received after December 15, 2015.

Written refund requests must be emailed to Education Department at training@iaapa.org or mailed to IAAPA Refunds c/o Education Department, 1448 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 USA.

IAAPA takes photos and videotapes during the program. By registering, you give IAAPA permission to use any image taken at the event in which you appear, as well as any written comments you submit on evaluation forms.

The use of photography, videography, or live web streaming is not permitted for participants during the IAAPA Institute for Executive Education.
