IAAPA is proud to offer the Institute for Attractions Managers, a professional development program to help you strengthen your management team.
The courses in the program are a blend of classroom instruction, small group discussions and case study. Attendees will leave the course with a solid understanding of the key disciplines and processes required to manage a successful attraction. Classes are kept small to encourage networking, sharing of information and expertise and discussion.
The teaching faculty is drawn from across the attractions business with a range of skill sets and expertise.
Attendees will receive a detailed workbook for each course with additional course references, as well as further reading material on the IAAPA website.

Word of Mouth We’ve sent students now for two consecutive years from Europa Park and the programme has proved to be a great tool for managers in mid-career. I was really pleased to see participants from my park coming back and see them having developed a better view of the total operations of a park and, of course, having a great time and building a network of industry colleagues, which they can share experiences and knowledge with.”
Roland Mack, Europa Park
“The whole course was great; I really enjoyed meeting the other park managers and learning new business practices.” Shireen Hurney, Blackpool Pleasure Beach
