Training on Demand
What Powers Your Facility?
Your employees' energy, aptitude, and knowledge all make your amusement facility operate at a first-class level. Serving guests courteously, operating equipment safely, and entertaining visitors warmly: it is all part of the skill set that today’s employees require to be effective ambassadors of your facility.
And where can you find the training and education to help your employees reach this level of performance?
IAAPA’s Training-on-Demand Program
Training-on-Demand is IAAPA’s latest solution to your training needs.
This is a goal-oriented, action-driven, flexible program that allows you to select a qualified trainer to work with your staff to address training issues critical to your organization’s growth and success.
Training-on-Demand is:
- On Time Saving you time, since your entire team will complete a customized, results-oriented on-site workshop.
- On Budget Reducing your bottom-line training cost.
- On Target Meeting specific training needs: it is not a one-size-fits-all seminar. It allows all participants to learn new skills, improve their knowledge and practice delivering quality service to your guest.
You decide when, where, and how.
Refresher courses or a radical diversification of skills. One-on-one senior management training or customer-service-skills training for your entire seasonal workforce. Training on Demand is not a one-size-fits-all seminar—it’s training designed for your specific needs. Participants can learn new skills, improve their knowledge, and practice delivering quality service. You know your business, so our trainers work with you to deliver the kind of training you want, when you want it. And best of all, we come directly to you.
