Speakers:
Sharon Swendner is .Com Marketing's President and an experienced marketer with over 20 years marketing and management experience. Sharon began her Internet marketing career on the client side and has 11 years of experience implementing Internet marketing programs.
In the late 1990’s Sharon was responsible for the content development, merchandising, partnerships and opt-in marketing databases for Delta Vacations, Continental Airlines Vacations and Future Vacations. While in this role, she implemented affiliate marketing programs through LinkShare and was one of the first to place vacation packages on eBay. Sharon was an early pioneer of designing permission marketing programs. She built the opt-in database to 250,000 members and drove the strategy for sending html, targeted emails on a monthly basis.
Prior to joining .Com Marketing, Sharon was Vice President of Marketing for Centex Homes a Fortune 175 National builder operating in over 50 markets. While at Centex, Sharon oversaw the Internet content, SEO/SEM, email marketing programs and on-line partnerships. She implemented the first fully automated email lead follow up program for the Wayne Homes brand in only 6 months that resulted in a 20% increase in Internet derived traffic and sales for that unit.
Sharon has also worked in financial services, cable television and research. In the early 90's as a Regional Client Service Manager for Clartias she worked with Fortune 500 clients such as General Motors, Infinity, Mazda, ConAgra, Kroger Foods and many more. She has also worked with many agency and media companies such as BBDO, Chiat Day, Scarborough, Gannett and LA Times.
Sharon holds a MBA from Arizona State and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. She is a career member of the American Marketing Association holding Board positions in both South and Central Florida. Sharon enjoys her teenage daughter, four dogs and two cats, kayaking, skiing, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Norris Clark is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Morey's Piers, the largest seaside amusement center in the Western Hemisphere. In 1997, Norris was hired by Ross Perot as a Business Development executive for Perot Systems, an international provider of technology enabled business solutions. He specialized in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and served clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue and AT&T. Then, as a Vice President of Magnet Communications, he led the e-Learning Group and served clients such as Walden University and The Thomson Corporation.
With a Masters from the University of Pennsylvania, Norris has been active in education. He has been a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, an adjunct instructor in American Government and the Humanities at Atlantic Cape Community College, and a sponsor of numerous continuing education programs and workshops in Cape May.
Norris has worked with many civic organizations, including as a board member for the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts, Literacy Volunteers, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape May and Atlantic Counties. He is a founder of the Cape May Music Festival.
In 1992, Norris volunteered for the Presidential campaign of Ross Perot, and was subsequently elected to the National Board of Directors for United We Stand America. He was hired by Ross Perot to be a State Director and a national spokesperson. During this period, he became a strong advocate for a balanced Federal budget and other political reforms. He testified before the House Budget Committee regarding ways to achieve a balanced budget, organized numerous public forums, and participated in many televised debates.
